Site Initiation

A well trained and motivated research site will deliver good quality data in a timely manner. The initiation process is critical in ensuring this. Pleiad has set up many clinical research projects in different clinical areas and has well-tested procedures ensuring the effective set up of study sites. We build a rapport with the study team and maintain close contact to identify and proactively manage any potential issues. Our skilled and experienced staff has “seen it all before” so clients gain the benefit of this expertise in terms of early resolution of potential problems that might delay patient recruitment or hinder effective patient follow up.
