Clinical Project Management

Project management is a key function within clinical research. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the project forward to meet the client’s timelines and to stay within budget. In multicenter trials, they are responsible for ensuring consistency across the different sites by coordinating the activities of the different monitors and acting as a central point for resolving issues. Project management ensures quality across sites; monitors manage their individual sites. One of Pleiad’s experienced Project Managers provides clinical trial project management from their base either in the US or UK Pleiad office, depending on the location of the client and the study sites.
