The easiest way to explain Pleiad® services is to show you our bid grid and our SOPs. Click on the service(s) you are interested in and you will be taken to the bid grid section for that service. Our bidding process is very transparent: if you do not wish to purchase a particular line item, we check "N/A" for that item. If you would like to have on-line access to review our SOPs, please contact us, stating that you wish to review our SOPs.
