Quality and Audits

Pleiad provides audit services for sponsors of clinical trials. We do not perform these "independent" audits if Pleiad is managing the clinical trial. As part of Pleiad's Quality Improvement Program we conduct regular internal audits of processes and procedures, and we share relevant CAPAs with our clients. If a client wishes it, we write a formal Quality Management Plan for a project, which is overseen jointly by Quality Assurance personnel from Pleiad and the client.
