Pleiad's strength lies in the expertise and dedication of its hard working staff.

Staff are located in both offices: clinical, regulatory, and safety staff in the Cambridge office; data management, statistics, programming, regulatory, quality, and clinical staff in the Stirling office. Administrative and finance support staff are based in both offices.

In addition, Pleiad has regional clinical staff, mainly clinical trial monitors.
