Tedd
Gosian, Project Leader
Tedd
has over 30 years' experience in healthcare clinical
and industry settings. As a Physician Assistant
he worked in cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics,
and urology in major Boston area hospitals. Tedd
moved into industry and has managed clinical research
departments for small, medium and large medical
device companies, conducted and directed IDE,
post-market, and EU regulatory studies in cardiovascular
surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, urology,
and laparoscopic surgery.
Prior
to joining Pleiad, Tedd managed a large study
of an implantable ventricular assist device for
end stage heart failure, which ultimately led
to FDA approval. Tedd has also served as Director
of Clinical Operations for a start-up orthopedic
company, conducting trials of a biologic therapy
for cartilage repair. Tedd earned his Bachelor
of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from
the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
He is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional
Society.
