Monitoring

Our monitors differ from those of many other CROs in that they tend to have a medical or technical background, such as nursing or ophthalmic technician. Our monitors undergo regular GCP and monitoring training and receive project-specific training at the outset of each study, which includes therapy area, CRF/eCRF, and investigational product training. We try to avoid staff changes on projects but sometimes turnover is inevitable. We work hard to minimize the impact of staff changes on study sites and ensure that any new monitor introduced to a study receives the same project-specific training as their colleagues.
