Pleiad uses consultants in two ways: to provide expert oversight and advice, and to supplement our resource.

We work with expert statisticians and regulatory affairs professionals to supplement our internal expertise; they provide advice in their own particular areas of expertise.

Our main resource needs are in clinical trial monitoring and medical writing, where requirements for resource fluctuate month to month. Our FTE : Contractor ratio is more than 9 : 1.

We are transparent to our clients about our use of contractors.
